Credit Card on File Policy

To provide a smooth and reliable booking experience, we require a valid credit card on file for all appointments.

Secure Storage: Your credit card information is securely stored and encrypted through Square’s trusted booking platform and follows PCI DSS compliance standards.
No Charges Without Notice: Your card will not be charged without your consent, except in cases of late cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Appointments cancelled less than 8 hours before the scheduled time or missed without notice will result in a $15 no-show fee charged to the card on file.
