Troy has been barbering for over a decade and opened Fade Away Barbershop four years ago. With extensive experience in the Vancouver area, he specializes in all types of fades, precision haircuts, and straight-razor shaves, and is especially great with kids. Highly knowledgeable across all hair types and ethnicities, Troy takes pride in delivering tailored, high-quality cuts for every client who sits in his chair.

Rory is originally from Squamish and brings over seven years of barbering experience to the shop. Known for his precise attention to detail and strong pride in his craft, his skill level consistently stands out. He specializes in all types of fades and modern haircuts—from clean fades to textured scissor cuts—delivering impeccable results every time.

Richard, originally from Africa, brings over 10 years of experience working with a wide variety of styles and hair types. He specializes in Afro and curly hair, precision fades, and sharp lineups, and is highly skilled in cornrows, dreadlocks, perms, and colouring. Richard’s versatility and expertise allow him to deliver clean, customized results for every client.
